bag, and you frantically search for it amidst all the junk until you’re
whipped into a mad frenzy and resort to chucking everything out! Finally
managing to find the phone, you hit the answer button and the caller
drops…
Most of today’s handbags are beautiful, but in
organizational terms, a disaster. And so, in the Spring of 2006, alexandra
bee was born - a collection of trendy oversized bags featuring
numerous hidden compartments that carry all of a fashionista’s
essentials: blackberry, ipod, laptop, sunglasses, and even an extra pair
of shoes!
After years of running my own business selling
luxury shoes and handbags in London, I realised there was a gap in the
market for well-organised stylish bags. I design my bags with working
women and mothers in mind, I want them to feel stylish and empowered,
even while they lug all their paraphernalia around.
These “IT” bags
are versatile enough to organize your hectic life while being chic
enough to be taken from day to a night on the town. They can be used as
day bags, evening bags, overnight bags, weekend bags, or even baby
bags… the possibilities are endless!
