How to shop online

We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers. To purchase your alexandra bee* bag or accessory either:

1. Go through our shopping basket feature and pay securely by credit card or Paypal, or

2. Call us on +39 06 3088 9005, Monday through Friday 9:30am - 6:30pm GMT +1, or

Item availability

We make every effort to keep a sufficient stock of items listed on our site.

However, if we are out of stock on an item that you’ve ordered, please allow up to 4 weeks to ship. (Please keep in mind that all our bags are handmade.) We will notify you via email if an item is out of stock or has a waiting list.

Accepted payment methods

We accept most major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, VISA Electron and PostePay), Paypal and bank transfers.


Tracking your order

Once your order is received you will receive an order confirmation email. In addition, after your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Depending on the chosen shipping method,this email will include a tracking number for your package.

Shipping methods and rates

Shipping rates will vary depending on destination (within Italy, Europe, Asia, or U.S.). Please contact us to discuss your preferred method of shipment.

PLEASE NOTE: For international orders (ex. EU), shipping charges do not include brokerage fees, duties, or taxes. Taxes and duties may also be charged on exchange shipments. Contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges. If you decide to refuse any shipments from alexandrabee.com, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to alexandra bee*. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. Modifying orders

Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

Return & exchange policy

How do I make a return or exchange?

Simply call us on +39 06 3088 9005, Monday through Friday 9:30am - 6:30pm GMT +1.

How will I be refunded?

Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days, once your package is received. After the transaction has taken place you will be notified by email. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.

Returns are at the discretion of alexandra bee*, and are accepted only if the item is in its original condition. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt of purchase. A 20% restocking fee is applied for non-defect returned or exchanged merchandise. Returns can only be accepted by mail within 7 days of receipt of purchase with a Return Code (RC number), provided by alexandra bee*. N.B. No return will be processed without a Return Code. Please call us to request a Return Code. There are no returns or exchanges for international orders.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
